InstantDeco AI is an international AI tool for virtual staging and interior design. The provider advertises four furnishing suggestions in about 30 seconds, over 50 interior and exterior designs, photo retouching, object removal, facade design, and AI videos with mini virtual tours. The Pro plan adds 4K downloads and sharpening for blurry shots.

That depends on how evenly your workload is spread across the year. InstantDeco AI bills monthly: the Basic plan covers 8 photos per month, with unlimited generations and downloads per photo. Above that you move to the Pro plan with unlimited photos. On the Basic plan that works out at $1.75 per photo billed monthly, or $1.25 billed annually, if you use the full quota.
Immopix sells one-time packs: 10 images for €9.99, 50 for €39.99, 150 for €99.99, and 500 for €299.99. The smallest pack costs about €1 per image, the largest €0.60. One credit covers a paid edit plus two follow-up edits of the same photo, and a 4K export costs 2 credits. There is no monthly base fee, so no quota expires at the end of a month in which only two listings came in.
The real difference is scope rather than price. With InstantDeco AI you pay for a tool centered on staging and design. With Immopix you pay for the complete photo work on one listing. In our 2026 study of over 6,000 real AI edits, 38 percent of corrections were exposure and colors, 27 percent removed clutter, and 9 percent were staging. Staging alone solves the smaller part of the task.
Because the most common reason an agent rejects an edit is not taste, it is invented structural detail. In the same analysis of more than 6,000 real edits, the leading rejection reason was the AI inventing or altering structural features. That is exactly what the automated integrity check looks at on every edit: whether windows, doors, walls, and similar permanent features stayed unchanged. 96.2 percent of edits pass the check cleanly, and the rest reach you with a warning.
The other numbers from the same analysis: agents kept 96 percent of the results, and 62 percent of photos were done after a single pass. The edit itself took a median of 39.7 seconds, measured across 3,130 standard edits in the 30 days to 27 July 2026. That is a measured value from live operation, not a guaranteed turnaround.
On Trustpilot, InstantDeco AI stands at 2.9 out of 5, but from only 3 reviews (as of 21 August 2026, Trustpilot). Two of those reviews give one star, one gives five. The InstantDeco AI privacy policy names the rights of European data subjects and notes that data may be processed outside Europe, among other places in Canada and the United States (privacy policy, as of 21 August 2026). Whether uploaded images are used to train AI models is not stated there.
Immopix does not use uploaded photos to train an Immopix model. Primary file storage sits in the European Union, and data processing agreements are in place with all subprocessors.
