Scope and responsibilities

Immopix is responsible for personal data used to operate accounts, billing, communication, platform security and this website.

When a business customer uploads photos or property information and determines how that material will be used, the customer is generally responsible for that processing and Immopix processes the material to provide the requested service. Business customers can request information about commissioned processing and the relevant service providers at contact@immopix.ai.

Data we process

Depending on how you use Immopix, we process:

• Account and contact information, such as your email address and login details
• Uploaded photos, property information, editing instructions, generated results and related metadata
• Billing and transaction information
• Messages, support requests and customer feedback
• Technical information, such as IP address, device and browser information, timestamps and security logs
• For free tools, the submitted content, email address, selected settings and confirmation or consent records

Purposes and legal bases

We process personal data for the following purposes:

• Providing the service and managing accounts: to perform a contract or take steps requested before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)
• Billing and statutory records: to perform a contract and comply with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR)
• Security, abuse prevention, support and reliable operation: based on our legitimate interest in protecting and operating the service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR)
• Optional analytics and public galleries: based on your consent where consent is requested (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR)
• Service communication and customer feedback: to perform the contract or based on our legitimate interest in supporting and improving the service (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR)

Account information required during registration is necessary to provide an account. If it is not supplied, we cannot provide the corresponding account functions.

Sign in with Google

You can optionally sign up and log in with your Google account ("Sign in with Google", provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). If you use this feature, we receive your name, your email address and a Google account identifier from Google in order to create or match your Immopix account. When the login pages load, technical data such as your IP address is transmitted to Google, and Google may set cookies. This processing is carried out to perform the contract or pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Use of this feature is voluntary; signing up and logging in with email and password remains available. For more information, see Google's privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

Photo and AI processing

Primary file storage for uploaded content is located in the European Union. Uploaded content may also be processed using selected service providers for automated analysis, image editing and quality assurance. Depending on the requested function, these providers may receive uploaded photos, editing instructions and generated results.

Immopix does not sell personal data and does not use uploaded photos to train an AI model owned by Immopix.

Recipients

We share personal data only where this is necessary for the purposes described above. Recipient categories may include:

• Cloud hosting, file storage and delivery providers
• Automated analysis, image editing and quality-assurance providers
• Payment and billing providers
• Email, customer communication and internal notification providers
• Analytics providers used after consent
• Security, error monitoring and performance providers
• Mapping, address and other functions requested by the user
• Professional advisers and public authorities where legally required

Service providers acting on our behalf receive only the data needed for their task and are subject to the applicable data-protection requirements. The identities of providers relevant to commissioned processing are available to business customers on request.

International processing

Depending on the service provider and requested function, personal data may be processed outside the European Economic Area. Where the GDPR requires transfer safeguards, the transfer is based on an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. You can request further information about the relevant safeguards at contact@immopix.ai.

Free tools, result links and galleries

For tools that explicitly require public display, we show the submitted source material and result in the relevant gallery or on public example pages only after prior consent. Search engines may index these pages.

Some tools provide a result through an individual link instead. Anyone who receives that link may be able to view the result. A request not to index a page does not provide access protection.

Email and IP addresses are not published. We use them to provide the result, limit abuse and document confirmations or consent where required.

You may withdraw consent for the future and request removal of a gallery entry by emailing contact@immopix.ai. Processing that already occurred remains lawful. Search engines may temporarily retain cached copies of removed content.

Retention and deletion

We retain personal data only for as long as needed for the relevant purpose:

• Account and service data is generally retained while the account is active.
• Photos and results remain available until they are deleted in the dashboard, the related account or service is deleted, or deletion is otherwise requested.
• Technical, support and abuse-prevention data is retained for as long as needed to operate and protect the service or establish legal claims.
• Billing records and other statutory records are retained for the periods required by law.
• Consent and confirmation records may be retained for as long as needed to demonstrate compliance.

Copies held in backups or by service providers are removed according to the applicable deletion cycles. A deletion request does not apply to data that we must continue to retain by law or for another permitted reason.

You can delete individual photos and property folders in the dashboard. To request deletion of an account, email contact@immopix.ai.

Your rights

Subject to the applicable legal conditions, you have the right to request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and to object to certain processing. You may withdraw consent at any time for the future.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority. To exercise your rights, contact contact@immopix.ai.

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. These include encrypted transmission, access controls and cryptographic password hashing. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Automated processing

Immopix uses automated processing to analyse and edit submitted content. It does not make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects for users.

Changes

We publish changes to this policy with an updated date. Where required, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
