This policy explains how Immopix collects, uses and protects your data.

What we collect

Account data:

  • Email address and password (securely encrypted)

Usage data:

  • Uploaded photos
  • Edited images and metadata (editing instructions, timestamps)

How we use your data

We use your data to:

  • Provide the photo editing service
  • Send account-related emails (confirmations, security notices)
  • Improve the service based on usage patterns

We do not:

  • Sell your data to third parties
  • Use your images to train AI models
  • Track you outside of Immopix

Third parties

We use external AI services for image editing. Your images are transmitted solely for editing and are not stored or used for other purposes.

Data retention

Your data is stored for as long as your account is active. You can request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to:

  • Access: request a copy of your data
  • Rectification: correct inaccurate data
  • Erasure: delete your account and your data
  • Data portability: export your data in a standard format
  • Objection: object to certain data processing

Security

  • All data is transmitted over HTTPS
  • Passwords are securely encrypted
  • Storage on servers in Germany and the EU

Sub-processors

We use the following sub-processors to provide our services:

  • FAL.ai (AI image editing): processing of photos for editing. No permanent storage.
  • Google Gemini (quality checks): automatic review of editing results.
  • Cloudflare (CDN and storage): delivery and storage of image files.
  • Stripe (payment processing): processing of payment data.
  • Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited): analysis of site usage. Only active after consent via the cookie banner.
  • Ahrefs Analytics (Ahrefs Pte. Ltd.): analysis of SEO metrics. Only active after consent via the cookie banner.
  • New Relic (New Relic Inc., EU region): performance and error monitoring of the platform. Configured in cookieless mode, IP addresses are anonymised. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in stable operation).

All sub-processors are contractually obliged to process data in compliance with the GDPR.

Changes

We will notify you of material changes by email. Minor updates are published here with a new date.
