By using Immopix you accept these terms.

The service

Immopix enhances real estate photos using AI. You upload photos and we edit them according to your instructions, such as fixing the weather, removing distracting objects or adjusting the lighting.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your credentials with others.

Ownership

Your images belong to you. Edited images belong to you. You may use them commercially, subject to applicable law and these terms.

We claim no rights to your images and do not use them to train AI models.

Review and publication of results

AI-generated and AI-edited results may contain errors or unexpected changes. Review every result before publication, especially the building structure, fixtures, room dimensions, views and visible defects.

You are responsible for ensuring that published content is accurate, not misleading and permitted under applicable law and the rules of the relevant property portal. This includes any required visible disclosure of AI-edited content. Immopix supports you with technical provenance information and export tools, but does not replace your review and disclosure.

Do not intentionally remove technical provenance information. Property portals and other platforms may nevertheless remove metadata when processing an upload; this does not replace any required visible disclosure.

Acceptable use

Do not use Immopix to:

• Create illegal content
• Misrepresent properties, especially by hiding defects or changing permanent features, room dimensions, floor plans or views
• Infringe copyright
• Spam or abuse the service
• Attempt to manipulate our systems

Availability

We aim for smooth operation but do not guarantee availability. The service is provided "as is" without warranties.

We may update, change or discontinue features at any time.

Limitation of liability

Immopix is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 12 months.

Termination

We may terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms. Upon termination your access ends and we may delete your content.

You can close your account at any time by contacting us.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them. We will notify you of material changes by email.
