What does one photo cost?

Editing one photo costs 1 credit. A credit costs between €0.60 and €1.00, depending on the pack size. 3 revisions per photo are included and cost no further credit.

What does a property video cost?

A property video costs 2 credits per photo, with 3 to 20 photos per video. A video with 8 photos therefore costs 16 credits, from €9.60. Videos run on purchased credits; the free trial credits are for photo edits only.

Do credits expire?

No. Purchased credits stay in your account permanently. There is no expiry date, no monthly reset and no subscription running in the background.

Is there a subscription?

No. You buy a pack once, there is no contract term and nothing to cancel. Optionally you switch on auto-recharge in your account: Immopix then buys the pack you chose as soon as your balance falls below your threshold.

What happens if you do not like a result?

You have 3 revisions per photo, in which you describe what should be different. If the result still does not convince you, report it under the image and we refund the credit you spent. On request we refund your money instead.
