Pedra AI is a Spanish startup from Barcelona (Pedra Software SL), founded in 2023. The platform targets real estate professionals worldwide and bundles AI photo editing, virtual staging, video creation, floor plan rendering, and 360° tours. Pedra's model assumes steady volume: 100 images per month, every month. Most agencies do not work like that. Listings come in waves, and in a quiet month you pay €29 for capacity you do not use.
