What is Pedra AI?

Pedra AI is a Spanish real estate marketing platform (Pedra Software SL) that bundles several jobs into one tool: AI photo editing, virtual staging, virtual renovation, property videos, virtual tours, and floor plans. On its own home page, the provider names over 30,000 users in more than 55 countries and shows brands such as Engel & Völkers, RE/MAX, and Keller Williams as customers (as of August 2026).

Billing runs through a subscription only. According to the Pedra AI pricing page, the monthly plan costs €29 with 100 credits and the annual plan costs €239 with 1,200 credits. One image edit or one virtual staging uses one credit. Basic video assembly is unlimited, but each animated photo uses five credits. Virtual tours and drawing floor plans use no credits. There is no pay-per-image option without a subscription (video details checked 15 September 2026; other facts in this section are from August 2026). The free trial gives you 7 image credits, 1 video, and 1 virtual tour, without a credit card.

The subscription question

Pedra's model assumes steady volume: 100 images per month, every month. Most agencies do not work like that. Listings come in waves, and in a quiet month you pay €29 for capacity you do not use. The annual plan only moves the problem forward, because you commit €239 up front.

Immopix works the other way around. You buy a pack of edits when you need one: 10 images for €9.99, 50 for €39.99, 150 for €99.99, or 500 for €299.99, which works out from €0.60 per image. The credits wait for you and there is no minimum term. A standard 2K edit uses one credit and a 4K export uses two. Each paid edit also includes two follow-up edits of the same photo, in case you want to refine the result.

Quality control is the real differentiator

Any AI tool can edit a photo. The professional question is what happens when the AI changes something it must not change. In our 2026 study of over 6,000 real AI edits, agents kept 96 percent of results and 62 percent of photos were done after a single pass. The number one reason for rejecting an edit was always the same: structural features the AI invented or altered, a window that does not exist, a moved door. Misleading-advertising rules address exactly that, and the transparency duties in Article 50 of the EU AI Act have applied since 2 August 2026.

Pedra AI knows the problem and describes it openly. Its own help page on virtual renovation notes that doors can appear where windows used to be, or that the result can show more windows than the original. The provider's advice is to generate two or three extra variants and pick the version that keeps windows and doors best. Pedra AI does not advertise a comparable automatic check (retrieved 21 August 2026), so that judgment call stays with you, image by image.

Immopix runs that check automatically. Every edit is verified for whether permanent features such as windows, doors, and walls stayed unchanged; 96.2 percent pass cleanly and the rest reach you with a visible warning before they can go into a listing. • You want to make videos as part of a subscription. Pedra includes unlimited basic video assembly. Each animated photo costs five credits. Immopix charges 2 credits per photo, without a monthly subscription.
• You work with virtual tours. Tours are part of the Pedra plan as well. Immopix has no tours.
• You want photorealistic room views from a floor plan. Pedra's floor plan renders turn a plan into furnished room images, and floor plans use no credits there. Immopix also works on floor plans, but differently: as a clean 2D redraw or a 3D visualisation from €0.60 per plan, without photorealistic room renders.
• You process high, steady volume. At 7,200 images per year, Pedra's per-image price drops to €0.14. No pay-per-image model reaches that.

That breadth costs a subscription, and the check on each individual image stays with you.
