How does auto-recharge work?
Auto-recharge is an optional feature so you never run out of credits in the middle of your work. No subscription, no obligation. You decide when and whether it is active.
How it works
You choose two things:
- Pack: which credit pack to buy again (for example, 50 images).
- Threshold: the remaining balance at which the automatic purchase happens (for example, as soon as only 5 credits are left).
As soon as your balance is at or below the threshold, Immopix automatically charges your saved payment method and credits the chosen pack to your account. You receive an invoice by email as usual.
When does it make sense?
- You edit images regularly and do not want to buy more manually every time.
- You work under time pressure (for example, before a listing) and do not want to be interrupted mid-upload.
- You have several colleagues on the team who use credits independently of each other.
If your usage is irregular or you only use Immopix occasionally, you do not need this feature. Just buy a new pack manually when needed.
Requirement: a saved payment method
When you buy a pack, the checkout shows a "Save payment method" option. If you enable it, Immopix saves your card or SEPA direct debit for future automatic charges. Without a saved payment method, auto-recharge cannot be enabled.
Switching it on and off
You will find the setting in your account under Billing. You can disable the feature at any time. Your selection (pack and threshold) stays saved in case you want to switch it back on later.
Safeguards
- After three consecutive failed charges, we pause auto-recharge automatically. We let you know, and you can re-enable the feature after checking.
- Credits from automatic top-ups never expire, just like all purchased credits.
