Can I use the edited photos commercially?

Yes, you receive full usage rights to all edited photos.

Your rights

As an Immopix user, you may use your edited photos:

• In property listings
• On property portals
• In brochures and print materials
• On your website and social media
• Shared with clients and partners

No restrictions on use

There are no restrictions on commercial use. The edited photos belong to you. Use them however you like.

One requirement

The only requirement is that you hold the rights to the original photo. Immopix does not acquire any rights to your photos.

Keep transparency in mind

From August 2026, the EU AI Act requires AI-edited images to be identifiable as such across the EU. Immopix automatically embeds machine-readable metadata in all edited photos, so the technical labelling requirement is already covered. You simply add a short note in your listings that a photo was AI-edited (for example "AI-edited" or "virtually staged").
