Can I use the edited photos commercially?

Yes, you receive full usage rights to all edited photos.

Your rights

As an Immopix user, you may use your edited photos:

• In property listings
• On property portals
• In brochures and print materials
• On your website and social media
• Shared with clients and partners

No restrictions on use

There are no restrictions on commercial use. The edited photos belong to you. Use them however you like.

One requirement

The only requirement is that you hold the rights to the original photo. Immopix does not acquire any rights to your photos.

Keep transparency in mind

Since August 2026, the EU AI Act may require AI-edited images to be identifiable as such across the EU. New AI-edited JPEGs from Immopix carry C2PA Content Credentials, which are digitally signed provenance records, alongside EXIF data. Public verification tools do not currently trust our certificate's issuer. Portals may remove the records, and their presence alone does not establish legal compliance. Add any required visible note in the listing, such as "AI-edited" or "virtually staged." Our legal FAQ explains what the files contain and where the limits lie.
