How do I create a property video from my photos?

Open a property and select Videos. Immopix recommends suitable photos. You can change the selection and set the exact order.

Example video

This is what a finished video looks like: built from 8 property photos, with title, logo, contact closing card and music.

Example: 8 photos become a Full HD property video with title, logo and closing card

How to create your video – in 4 steps

  1. Open or create a property. Open the property you want in the property overview. For a new property, click New property there (create it directly).
  2. Check your photos. A video needs 3 to 20 edited photos of the property (floor plans excluded). If photos are still missing, upload them to the property and enhance them first – see How does Immopix work?
  3. In the property, open the Videos tab and click "Create video". Immopix suggests suitable photos. Under Photos adjust the selection and order (click and drag). Under Design set: 16:9 landscape or 9:16 portrait format, title and subtitle, logo (add your logo), contact closing card and music.
  4. Click "Create video" and download it. Rendering takes a few minutes. Download the finished video as a Full HD MP4. All videos stay saved with the property under Videos.

What you can choose

  • 3 to 20 photos
  • 16:9 landscape or 9:16 portrait format
  • Title and subtitle
  • Logo and contact closing card
  • Music, or a video without music

Immopix animates each photo as a separate shot and joins the shots with soft transitions. The result is a Full HD video. It is not a synthetic walkthrough and does not invent connections between rooms.

What does a video cost?

A video costs 2 credits per selected photo. A video with 8 photos uses 16 credits. Videos require purchased credits; the three free trial credits only apply to photo edits. You can see your balance under Billing, details under How much does Immopix cost?

How is AI use disclosed?

Immopix adds provenance information under the C2PA standard to the video file. The closing card can also show the notice “Animated from original photos with AI”.

If you disable the closing card or the notice, check which visible disclosure is required for your publication. C2PA data does not replace a visible notice where one is required.
