What happens to unused credits?

In short: your credits are never lost.

Credits never expire

All purchased credits stay in your account permanently. There are no monthly expiry dates and no reset at the end of the month. Even if you do not use Immopix for several months, your credits will still be there the next time you log in.

Need more credits?

You can buy another pack at any time. The new credits are simply added to your balance, regardless of how many credits you still have left.

Tip: With auto top-up (a setting in your account), Immopix automatically purchases a new pack as soon as your balance falls below a threshold you choose.

No subscription, nothing to cancel

Because Immopix works without a subscription, there are no obligations and nothing to cancel. You only buy when you need credits. See How do I cancel?
