How does Immopix handle my photos and personal data?

Immopix processes your account information, uploaded photos, editing instructions and results to provide the functions you request.

How photos are processed

Primary file storage for uploaded photos is located in the European Union. Selected service providers support automated analysis, image editing and quality assurance. Depending on the requested function, data may also be processed outside the European Economic Area under the conditions described in our Privacy Policy.

Immopix does not sell personal data and does not use uploaded photos to train an AI model owned by Immopix. Business customers can request the identities of providers relevant to commissioned processing by emailing contact@immopix.ai.

Deletion and your rights

You can delete individual photos and property folders in the dashboard. To request deletion of an account, access to your data or another data-protection right, email contact@immopix.ai.

Some records may need to be retained for legal or security reasons. Backup and provider copies are removed according to the applicable deletion cycles. More information is available in our Privacy Policy.
