We store your photos and account data on German and European servers. Your data stays within the European legal framework.

AI processing

For image editing we use specialised AI services. These services are contractually bound to GDPR-compliant processing:

• They process your images exclusively for the edit itself
• They do not keep permanent copies of your photos
• They do not use your images for any other purpose, including training AI models
• They are covered by data processing agreements (DPAs)

GDPR compliant and AI Act ready

As a German company, we meet all requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and are prepared for the EU AI Act, which applies from August 2026:

• Transparent data processing
• Deletion on request
• Right of access at any time
• AI labelling in line with the EU AI Act
