Money-back guarantee: what happens with bad results?

We want every edit to convince you. If you are not happy with a result, we refund the credit you spent automatically and without any discussion.

How it works

Under every edited image you will find the "Not satisfied?" button. In the dialog, choose "Result is unusable". We remove the bad version, restore the previous one and credit your balance back immediately. You can see the refund directly in your account.

If our automatic quality check flags an edit as risky, you will also see a "Recreate for free" option. One click starts a new edit without spending any additional credits.

Prefer money instead of credits?

If you would rather have the amount refunded to your card or bank account instead of a credit refund, write to us at contact@immopix.ai. We will take care of it personally.

What always stays safe

• Your original photo always remains stored unchanged. We edit copies, never the original.
• There is no limit per day or per account. You can report any edit you are not happy with.
• If a technical error occurs on our side, the edit restarts without using any additional credits.
